About Me - Nancy Johnson

I worked for twenty three years in the Home Furnishings Industry before starting my own business. I worked as an interior decorator, manager and district manager. Sixteen of the 23 years were spent with Ethan Allen where I had all of the jobs listed above. I worked as a decorator for Drexel Heritage and for a small private design firm. I was a district manager for JC Penney Custom Decorating which specializes in custom window treatments and floor coverings.

I am a Certified Re-designer and Home Stager (that is where IRIS comes in). I am also certified in window treatments. I have taught decorating seminars at four of our local libraries. I have also decorated homes for the Annual Holiday Tour in my area.

Some of my recent work was in California, Florida and Pennsylvania. Long Island is where I do the majority of my work.
